Here are some good expressions for agreeing and disagreeing:
Agreeing:
I agree (with you/her/him/them)
You're absolutely right.
I totally agree.
I think so too.
You could be right.
Disagreeing:
I'm afraid to say I disagree.
I totally disagree.
Absolutely not.
I'm not sure about that.
I don't think so.
