Hi, 아미나-민아, "~겨" format is a dialect from 충청도(Chungcheong-do) in Korea. "어쩔겨" = "어쩔거야" in 표준어(standard language) = meaning: "What are you going to do now?" or "How are you going to solve this matter?" Hope it helps,
