I read all themes about difference and understand general difference between 时间 and 时候. 时间 - it is time like noun and like notion, consept, matter about we talk. Not concrete moment. 时候 - it is concrete moment or question for clarifying this concrete moment. Ok. But all people said that in some cases it is normally to use both variants. As main example all gave that one: 现在什么时间(时候)了 I took it here http://www.italki.com/question/148023 In this example possible to use both 时间 and 时候 and most likely there has some subtle difference of sens or emphasize. 现在是什么时间？ 现在什么时候了？ For both these questions could to answer like: 3 o'clock. Also it seems to me that first question a little more polite than second one, second is too rude intrusion. Where my reflections are wrong?
