Does the word 'pi' mean the same thing in all languages on the earth?

If we talk Math, we'd all refer to the same "pi." If we talk languages, that one-syllable word will lead you to different meanings.

In most languages it's said the same!

Check this out. Click the different 'languages' thing at the left. in most roman-letter-using languages it's said the same. Arabic and Asian languages seem to have different words for it though

no because"pi" does not mean anything in english, and i am pretty sure it has no meaning in frenc either
