Try to speak out loud when you reading and practice regularly : )

Here is a tip,
Try to write the sounds down in your own language, it would much easier to memorize.:)

There's a game I used to play when I first moved to Korea. I would watch one of the English speaking Channels on TV and read the subtitles. At the time I usually wasn't able to finish the sentences, but eventually I started getting fast enough. So try looking for shows in English with Korean subs.

practice often ... every day for 15 mins, is better than 2 hrs once a week.
