¡Hello Kevin!
Those expressions belong to a spanish variation used in some parts of Antioquia - Colombia, this variation is known as "Parlache" and is very informal. The first word "gonorrea" has two meaning, if you search it in a dictionary you'll find that is a venereal disease, but it is also used to describe something unpleasant, it's considered a bad word. The second expresion "suerte pues mijo" can be used to wish good luck to someone or to tell someone that is not welcome and has to leave. The third one "visajoso" is used to describe a presumptuous person. Be careful if you are planing to use them because they are extremely informal.
I hope it helps.
