Anyone else having a hard time finding a good IPA dictionary for Russian?
Even though Cyrillic is phonetic, having IPA would be wonderful; especially for us beginners.
I found some IPA on Wiktionary, but unfortunately it’s missing a lot of words.
For example: “здравствуйте”
ru.Wiktionary.org: [ˈzdrastvʊjtʲɪ] (Win)
Google Translate: zdravstvuyte (Fail)
I’d be so happy if someone in our community could point me in the right direction, thanks.Thank you all so much for your help, I really appreciate it. :)

I've never looked for one. I've always used audio, it seems to be a much more natural and easy way. You can hear pretty much every Russian word pronounced here: http://www.forvo.com or for better quality but less word coverage here: http://shtooka.net
Listen, imitate, get some feedback and you won't go far wrong.

I like ABBYY Lingvo. It is a commercial dictionary, but the Home Edition costs not too much. There are many audiofiles with pronounciation of English and Russian words. http://www.lingvo.ru/english/?ref=header

Have you tried the russian version of Wiktionary? I just randomly checked some words and they all had IPA. https://ru.wikipedia.org/ The Google Translate transcription is not a phonetical transcription. For example in здравствуйте the first в is silent.

I have found this one: http://easypronunciation.com/en/russian-phonetic-transcription-converter
You'd better probably sign up.
I understand how IPA can be useful, but I'm with neofught78 on usefulness of forvo.com as well.
