Would you rather talk or write to someone?
This question is for everyone. Please take two minutes to open that text and read. If you're over here, it's surely because you try to improve one or languages. So do I. What do you think is the best for your language learning, to write entries, to chat on Facebook of to talk to someone on Skype.
Could you post a comment below, or if you're a bit shy on my Twitter account.

I think both writing and speaking are useful to practise languages. I prefer writing first, to gain confidence in using the language, then practise speaking alone (by reading out sentences or talking with myself), so that later I can talk to natives speakers without feeling stupid.

I think that a mixture of writing and skyping is beneficial. Writing lets you have more control, but skype helps you get used to basic sentence structure on the fly.
