The proper way to say it would be "Necesito practicar mi expresión y comprensión orales en español"

The long vesion, : I need to practice my spanish speaking and listening skills
"necesito practicar mis habilidades para hablar y escuchar en español"

You can say just "Necesito practicar conversación", as "conversación" implies listening and speaking.
If you want to emphasize each skill, you can use, as Núria remarked, "Necesito practicar expresión y comprensión oral"
