What does "mall flogger" mean?

Is it this quote from Two and a Half Men?
"I'm pretty sure that the security guard at the shopping mall had to remove the bench from outside of Victoria's Secret because of you! Mall flogger! I got to tell you, I'm having a lot of second thoughts right now."
(Some context really helps.)
Actually, I can't tell from this text. "To flog" means to beat something/someone. It can also mean to sell something, but I don't think that meaning fits here.
Perhaps someone else who has seen the show can help us.

A flogger is a food blogger. A mall flogger is probably one who writes about food in malls.
