the next destination is 次の目的地
I will go to is 行くつもり
So gather sentence .
次の目的地へ行くつもりです。

if you want to say "i will go to (city-name)".
わたし は (city-name) に いきます.
watashi wa (city-name) ni ikimasu.
if you want to say "....next, i will go to city1".
つぎ に わたし は (city1) に いきます.
tsugi ni watashi wa (city1) ni ikimasu.
if you want to say "....afterwards, i will go to city1".
あと で わたし は (city1) に いきます.
ato de watashi wa (city1) ni ikimasy.

If you wrote "the next destination city I'll go to is" (without comma), it would be translated: 私が行くつもりの次の目的地は(city's name) です。 "I'll go to" can be translated in other way, for example, 私が次に行こうとしている、私が次に行くであろう、私が次に行く予定の、etc, and for "the next destination cit", you can also say 次の行き先、次の目的の都市、etc.
