There are several ways of saying depending on the formality.
Generally, it's said:
私の写真を撮ってくれませんか。(わたしのしゃしんをとってくれませんか。)
*You can omit 私の depending on the situation.
You can also say:
写真を撮っていただけますか。
写真をおねがいできますか。
