간절하다: 정성이나 마음 씀씀이가 더없이 정성스럽고 지극하다.
절실하다: 매우 시급(시각을 다툴 만큼 몹시 절박하고 급하다.)하고도 긴요한(꼭 필요하고 중요하다.) 상태에 있다.
간절하다 has a nuance of being eager
절실하다 has a nuance of being urgent
