I hate you turn up out of the blue uninvited. what is the correct meaning of "Turn up out"

"To turn up" means to appear or show up. "Out of the blue" means unexpectedly. I think your sentence is missing a word and should be "I hate when you turn up out of the blue uninvited."
It means "I hate it when you show up unexpectedly when you were not invited."
