What does '아직 부족하다 부족해' mean?
I know that
조금 부족하다 = a little less /A little short
많이 부족하다 = way less/ A lot short
But I saw 아직 부족하다 부족해 and didn't understand it.

The sentence just has two adjectives with the same meaning to emphasize shortage like this English sentence:"He talked and talked.(=He talked for a very long time.)"
