What can I say when customer say "Hey, what's up?" every time while we meet each other?

It could also mean "What are you doing?" or "What have you been up to?"
Customer: What's up?
You: Oh not much, just working.

something like "not much" might be ok in general. However, the one asking that could really mean how you are or something like "what's new?" Hope it helps!
