Sino-korean numbers: counting money, measuring, doing math, phone numbers, counting time(EXCEPT for hours. Hours always use native korean numbers), counting and naming each month.
Native korean numbers: Counting things/people/actions, talking about hours
That's how I learned it. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.
