Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
What do japanese people typically eat for meals. If you wouldn't mind listing 2-3 of each breakfast, lunch, and dinner in English and Japanese I wouldn't mind.
Also how would I say, breakfast, lunch, and dinner in Japanese? (The common ways)

breakfast = 朝食[ちょうしょく] / 朝ご飯[あさごはん]
lunch = 昼食[ちゅうしょく] / (お)昼ご飯[ひるごはん] / ランチ
dinner = 夕食[ゆうしょく] / 夜ご飯[よるごはん] / 晩ご飯[ばんごはん] / ディナー
*Now many English words are used with katakana.
I hope this helps you.
