Help With a Sentence Hi Everybody, I came across this sentence on http://justlearnchinese.com/ : 当车门被紧紧关上时候,她盼望的目光还停留在远处站台的入口。 I was wondering if anybody could explain the use of "还停留在" here? I think I understand the meaning, but it's the grammar involved that confuses me. Thanks! -Josh

当 车门 被 紧紧 关上 时候, 她 盼望 的 目光 还 停留 在 远处 站台的 入口。 When the vehicle door closed tightly, her hoping gaze still remained at the distant platform entrance.
