Is 'more cute' as correct as 'cuter'? Thank you :)

I would use cuter. For example:
"This dress is cuter than that one."
As opposed to:
"This dress is more cute than that one."
Do you get it?

I don't think so. I think the flexibility applies only to adjectives with two syllables. I would always say "cuter".
