私は猫を2匹飼っています。
わたしはねこを2ひきかっています。
watashi ha neko wo nihiki katteimasu.

(わたしは)ねこが 2ひき います。
You can omit the "watashi wa" in a sentence that is about yourself. ねこ → Cat
2ひき → 2 (ひき is "little animal counter word) います → Is another way to say "I have" referring to people or animals.
