He told me to stay off my feet for a day or so. My mom is really into herbal medicine. You‘ll be up and dancing aronud in no time.

1. He told me to stay off my feet for a day or so. = He told me to rest / not stand up or walk around much for a day or so.
2. My mom is really into herbal medicine. = My mom is really interested in herbal medicine.
3. You‘ll be up and dancing around in no time. = You'll be healed (and able to dance or walk around with your feet) soon.
