Decoller = take off (for planes)
envoler/voler = fly (usually for animals or flying in general)

DECOLLER = Quitter le sol pour un avion, une fusée...
Traduction anglaise : to take off
S'ENVOLER s'utilise aussi pour un avion

To "take off " in French is Decoller.We don't usually say "voler" in the context of planes.
