Ok just to clarify: I used to + infinitive. Describing something that used to happen but doesn't now. Equivalent to 'solía' in Spanish. e.g. Solía jugar al fútbol = I used to play football. I am used to + gerund. Describing something that you are accustomed or familiar with doing. Equivalent to 'estar acostumbrado' in Spanish. e.g Estoy acostumbrado a hacerlo = I am using to doing it

Hola ustedes, Estos son mejor: People are used to using new technologies. I am used to eating a little better. NOTICIA: La palabra "technoloy" en ingles tiene la letra "h". No hablo español mu bien, pero soy un hablante nativo de ingles.

No sorry neither are correct. You use the gerund rather than the infinitive when you say 'I am used to...' People are used to using new technologies. I am used to eating a little healthier or I am used to eating in a healthier way.

No estoy segura si es correcto decirlo así, pero yo diría mejor: "I am used to eat in a healthier way"
