Watashi no ie
This is supposed to say "My house."
Is it correct?

Yes..
And you could also just say うち (uchi). It has the same meaning and it is the shortest way to say "my house".
ex
わたしのいえにかえる。(watashi no ie ni kaeru) - I will go back home.
うちにかえる。(uchi ni kaeru) - I will go back home.
