Se è una persona che non conosci
- Gentile Sig. *nome* / uomo
- Gentile Sig.ra *nome* / donna

Puoi utilizzare Egregi Sig.ri oppure Gentili Sig.ri.
Non vi è una particolare sfumatura, è una pura scelta discrezionale.
