Does "stunt driving" mean "professional driving"?

Not necessarily. Stunt driving is driving where you do a lot of high speed maneuvers, and try and do tricks with your car. Professional driving means that you are getting paid to be a driver. You could be a professional truck driver, a professional race car driver, a professional stunt driver, or a professional UPS driver, etc.
Hope this helps!
