What does it mean "though" when it's used at the end of a sentence? Hi, I have a question about the using of "though" at the end of a sentence. I've read many times this expression and usually I understand the sense of the phrase, but I have some doubts when I want to use it in speaking. Is that meaning similar to "anyway"? For example in these two following cases is the sense for you the same? 1) I've finally seen that movie, though. 2) Anyway, I've finally seen that movie. Thank you in advance.

'Though' at the end of a sentence means exactly the same as 'But' at the beginning or middle. It doesn't mean 'anyway'. John's a smart student, but he's lazy. = John's a smart student. He's lazy, though.
