Can I use Tango instead of Skype? I cannot activate video call on phone or PC.
I want to teach but I am having video call problem that I cannot fix.
I have tried so many days but I can not solve all the trouble Skype gives.
I have to use something other than Skype.

Never mind. I will use my trusty QQ and whatever students use such as Tango.
