How can I use 'for the sake of something' in a sentence?
Can any one of you guys tell me how to use 'for the sake of something'? with some example sentences?
Thanks a lot for your help in advance :). I have been learning so much since I joined italki ;)

"For the sake of our love, we should part ways"
"I should study harder, for the sake of my future"
"I should set a good example, for the sake of my children"

You can say for example "He was willing to sacrifice anything for the sake of his family".

You already have some great example sentences below! If you look at all of them maybe you will notice that "for the sake of" is indicating the motivation or reason for a particular action. Hopefully that will also help you understand how to use it.
