with or to? what is your relation with or to xyz?

I don't think that phrase really works. It is rather used as "what is X in relation to Y?", "how is X related to Y?" or "what is the relationship between X and Y?". I'm not 100% sure though. If you are talking about people it would be "how are you related to XYZ?".
