What's the measuring unit of "person" for short
I am working on a questionnaire survey statistics, What's the measuring unit of "person" ,does it have a word for short?

People are measured in centimetres (cm) and meters (m) or inches (in) and feet (ft). You could say someone is short but I think it would be rude?
