Can I use the word "meticulous" to describe a person?
I saw example sentences have ones with describing things.
So I am not sure.
May I say , "He's a meticulous person."?

Yes! If a person is meticulous, they organize things very neatly or dress themselves very neatly. If an object is meticulous, then it's something that has been organized very neatly, probably by a meticulous person. :)

yup as this word as an adjective u can use it on that way. here are some examples: He kept meticulous accounts . Their planning and preparation were meticulous . He cleaned the tools with meticulous care .Hopes it helps
