I sometimes go to work on foot.
Use 'go' when you're talking about yourself.
Use 'goes' when talking about other people and you are using the pronouns he/she.

It would be "I sometimes go to work on foot." Or "Sometimes I go to work on foot" Only use the "s" ending in third person singular present tense!
