You can use either. All of the following are acceptable.
Talk with, talk to, speak with, speak to.
I want to talk to you about the meeting next week
I spoke with Smith yesterday regarding the meeting
I had a talk with Smith about his performance
I need to talk to you about a problem I have
I will speak to Smith when I see him at the meeting

If you had to choose between both options, you would have to say "Speak with someone". You can't say "talk with", the "verb" talk is always followed by "to".
