"analysis" is a noun and "analyzing" is a verb form.
I am analyzing the issue = I am undertaking an analysis of the issue.
Dictionaries will help you determine which part or parts of speech a word is e.g. verb, noun, adjective.

Analyse is just the non-United States English (UK English) way to spell analyze, which is the United States English way of spelling it. There is no difference otherwise.
