What is more common or oftenly used .. " 今夜 " or " 今晩 " ?

They are used a little differently.
今夜 means tonight, when referring to the night in general. This can be between 6 to around 10pm.
今晩 also means tonight but can also include midnight and early morning. This can be between 8 pm to 2 am.
The frequency of usage can depend on individuals, but this is the general context that comes with these two words.
