我认为是台湾地区或者香港地区的儿童教材。

不知道台湾地区有没有对外汉语专业？有的话可以看看他们推荐用什么书，也许他们的课本就可以用。顺手搜了下台湾拼音，长得像零散的汉字偏旁部首，写起来应该挺费事儿的。。。
