qian/ neng/ 还是 qian\/ neng/?
有的人说"潜" 是三声, 有的人说二声. 我两本字典都说是二声.

在汉语里面有很多这类词语，比如说：生肖sheng1xiao4是词典里面的,但是我们都读sheng1xiao1,照片zhao4pian4,但是我们读zhao4pian1。所以如果是考试的时候，你可以写第二声；但是在跟中国人说话的时候，你最好说第三声。因为我们学习汉语是为了跟别人说的，所以没关系。
