Is it nice there?
How say "¿Es bonito?", I can read two options:
Is it nice there? and Is it nice?
What's the difference. why "there" ?

I guess it depends who you are talking to, and where they are, and what you are asking about.
If you are asking someone who is somewhere different to where you are, about the weather, or their situation, then you would say 'is it nice there?' - to make it clear. 'Is it nice?' makes assumptions about what you are asking about.
