How would one say, "She sank my ship/boat" in french?
It is to be poetic. In English one often says, "someone sank my battleship"
That is to say that that person is the reason you are sad.

Do you mean like someone who brought you down? If that's so I think you could say: e'elle m'a cassé le moral'.
