All very similar, however slight variations are:
recommendation is the act of saying that someone should do something or something is good and deserves to be chosen/heard about.
-e.g: I recommend this book. I read it and think its really good
or he gave me a recommendation
suggestion is an idea, plan, or possibility that someone will give to someone else to consider.
-e.g: Ella suggest we turn this way.
or my suggestion is that we should have pizza for dinner
Advice is an opinion that you give to someone
-e.g: I advice you to go to a therapist
or my doctor advised me to take this medication
understand? :)
