Bonjour Yaroslav,
Cela veut dire "je t'aime comme si j'étais un fou", sans réfléchir. Par exemple, on peut dire "il conduit comme un fou".
Si tu veux dire que tu aimes quelqu'un qui est fou, il faudrait peut-être dire "je t'aime, ma folle" ou "je t'aime autant que si tu étais folle". Ce n'est pas utilisé très souvent :)
