What is the difference between 'song' and 'music'?
I never know if I should say 'I love this music' or 'I love this song'

Song would be the better route to take in most situations where you might say something like that. If you are trying to say you enjoy a specific piece of music from a specific artist, then you would say "I love this song."
If you wanted to say you enjoy a genre then you might say "I love this music," but more likely you would name the genre of music you are talking about (such as "I love hip hop").
