What is the difference
between "learn English" and "study English"?

To study is the process of learning - in school I studied many subjects and took exams to assess what I had learned. You cannot "learn" anything in school if you do not "study."

You learn English, by studying it.
I study English by reading English books.
I study English every night.
I'm listening to English language music, and studying the new phrasal verbs I find.
I learned English by studying every night, reading English books and listening to English-language music.
