What are the limits of 裏日本 ? (matter of geography)
裏日本 (うらにほん) : "back Japan" in english, I think ; "Japon de l'intérieur" en français.

Does it mostly concern a geographical aspect, or a economic one, or a sociological one ?

Regarding to its extensive limits, it applies to 北海道 and the sea coastal areas, I think, but are 九州 or 四国 absolutely not concerned ?

You're close to right. Hokkaido also should be excluded. The word is only applied to the Sea of Japan side of the main island. Anyways, the term is old and hardly heard anymore. By the way, nice picture, EVIL HEART.
