In Deutschland will man diese Satz sagen? Das Eis ist kalt. oder Das Eis ist zu kalt. Will man das Eis kalt beschreiben?

"Das Eis ist kalt!" would be fine because it is already known to be cold. but if you said "Das Eis ist sehr kalt!" You are just emphasizing that it is very cold! brrrrrrr :-) Good Job!
