"말에서 관록을 조금 더 느끼고 싶었고 뚜렷한 이야기 주제가 필요했던 것 같아요." => I would have liked a little more demonstration of accomplishedness in the talk. And perhaps a sharper topic would have helped too. or => I would have liked to see a little more authority in the talk as well as a more sharply defined topic.
