If I would translate it into Japanese directly, the sentence is; 私は朝早く起きるのが嫌いです。
This would be the perfect answer for your homework haha

We have a proper and popular noun for 'getting up early in the morning', 早起き(はやおき).
So, you can say "早起きが好きではありません/にがてです/きらいです。", as you say like, "I don't like (something)."
I think it's the most simple way, but you can also say, "私は早起きするのが好きではありません。" This is using a 'noun +する' verb version like '勉強する'.
For "I cannot get up early in the morning.", it would be "わたしは早起きができません。", or "わたしは早起きすることができません。"
Hope this will help :)

早く起きるのが嫌いです。
Verb + の then が < it comes before certain verbs like 好き と嫌い。
