How do say "Hello, nice to see you" in Japanese?
I'm not quite sure where to start, so I'm just going to start.

Hello = こんにちは。(konnichiwa)
Nice to meet you = はじめまして。 どうぞよろしくお願いします。 (hajimemashite. Douzo yoroshiku onegaishasu.)
Pronunciation: kon-ni-chi-wa
Hajimemashite. When broken down is ha-ji-me-ma-shi-te. When saying "douzo" the "ou" is pronounced as a long "o" like the word "so" or "no" in English.
Pronunciation: yo-ro-shi-ku o-ne-ga-i-shi-ma-su.
Also when an informal way of saying "nice to meet you" is to say "hajimemashite. Yoroshiku. )
